In this workshop, we'll cover how to utilize the breath to reduce stress & cultivate mindfulness. You'll learn simple & effective breathing techniques to increase alertness, automatically regulate your nervous system, and enter a restorative physiological state.

In this workshop, we will cover how meditation effects the Nervous System, the fundamentals of meditation, and practice two different types of meditation together.
Meditation Sampler Platter
In this workshop, we'll discuss several different types of meditation practices, how each can be specifically utilized depending on your mindfulness goals, and "sample" each type of meditation. This workshop will empower you to build a practice that is unique to you.
