I am so happy you’re here. I’m Cat, a yoga and meditation teacher based in Bend, Oregon, offering small group private yoga experiences, mindfulness & meditation workshops, and corporate yoga & wellness to support deeper presence and connection.
My journey has always been about remembering.
Remembering who I am beneath the noise. Remembering the wisdom of my body. Remembering that healing is less about fixing and more about coming home to myself.
For me, this path has looked like hundreds of hours on my mat, meditations that cracked my heart open, late-night writing sessions that alchemized grief into devotion, and countless moments of learning to trust the unknown. These practices aren’t just “tools” — they are pathways back to Truth.
Today, what excites me most is exploring the spaces where the mystical meets the human: how we evolve not only through pain but also through joy, how our outer reality mirrors our inner beliefs, and how we are infinitely more powerful than we’ve ever been taught to believe.
My work - whether through guiding, writing, podcasting, or teaching - is about creating spaces where you feel less alone in your becoming, and more connected to the infinite within you.
Beyond my work, I love tending to my garden, wandering the Oregon mountains with my husband, Nathan, and our two chihuahuas and following the thread of curiosity wherever it leads.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: transformation isn’t a destination. It’s a lifelong devotion.
